Approve Minutes: March 23, 2006 and April 19, 2006 Meetings

Adjudicatory Hearings:

1. To determine what action the Commission wishes to take regarding a complaint filed by Henry W. Jackson, Executive Director against Owen Davies. Mr. Davies has violated the Notice of Suspension and Fines issued by Kenneth Ronco, Presiding Judge, on August 26, 2005. Further, Mr. Davies has violated the Decision handed down by the Commission on September 19, 2005 and dated October 27 and received by Mr. Davies on November 7, 2005.

Unfinished Business:

1. Review the requests from Bangor Historic Track, Inc., Bangor Raceway, pertaining to capital improvements for calendar year 2006.

Reports:

1. Jack Richards, AAG, is to report on the Commission's authority to license veterinarians that practice on licenced racetracks.

New Business:

1. Establish the base purse for the 2006 Sire Stakes Racing Program.

2. The Commission will review the number of dashes awarded to and raced by Scarborough Downs through April 30, 2006.

Other Business:

1. The Commission will hold an informal meeting with the licensed Presiding and Associate Judges following the regular business meeting.
