2. Public Hearing for proposed rule changes: Chapter 1 Section 1, subsection 78. Starter; Chaper 7 Section 45. Falling or Unseated Driver; Chapter 7 Section 76. Dashes; Chapter 9 Section 2. Eligibility Criteria; Chapter 9 Section 9. Purse Structure; and, Chapter 9 Section 6. Conditions
3. Take action on an application filed by Glen Merrill. Mr. Merrill has filed an application for a trainer’s license for calendar year 2006

To determine whether Daniel C. Day, MSHRC License
Number 12327, violated Commission Rules Chapter 11 Section 1, subsection 7;
Section 1 subsections 8 and 9; Chapter 7 Section 68; and, Chapter 17 Section 8.
Mr. Day is alleged to have violated the Commission Rules cited following the
second race on April 28, 2006 at Scarborough Downs,
Unfinished Business:
1.
Ralph Canney will report on the corrective action
taken at Bangor Raceway regarding the obstructed view from the Judges Stand.
2.
The Commission will review the number of dashes
awarded to and raced by Scarborough Downs through May 31, 2006
3.
Jack Richards, AAG, is to report on the Commission’s
authority to license veterinarians that practice on licenced
racetracks.
