1.      The hearing for Mr. Daniel Day remains continued pending the test results form a split test sample.

New Business:

1.      To discuss a request to be heard by William McFarland, 1st Vice President and Director of Racing, Windsor Fair. Mr. McFarland is requesting that Richard Bartlett, Sr. be allowed to prepare and maintain the racetrack at Windsor Fair beginning August 17 and ending September 4, 2006

 

Other Business:
            1.    Discussion of FY 2008 and 2009 budget.          

            2.    Establish a schedule for the 2007 License Renewal applications and request for Race Dates.
