Hearings:
1. In re: Ronald Dinsmore – To review and take action on consent agreement between Ronald Dinsmore and the Commission. An analysis of blood sample #4689 taken from Daylon Fantasy on November 18, 2006 after the tenth race at Scarborough Downs disclosed an elevated blood gas level (TCO2), which is a positive test pursuant to Chapter 11 in the rules established by the Maine Harness Racing Commission. Mr. Dinsmore is the trainer of record for Daylon Fantasy. The owners of Daylon Fantasy are Edmund and Molly Moreshead.
2. In re: Aaron Tuttle – To determine what action the Commission wishes to take concerning Aaron Tuttle who had appealed his positive test findings of Naproxen on July 29, 2006. Brian Mahany is representing Mr. Tuttle.
3. In re: Richard Robertson, Jr. – It is alleged that an analysis of blood sample #3032 taken from the Da Bone Man on December 10, 2006 prior to race 2 disclosed an elevated blood gas level (TCO2) which is a positive test pursuant to Chapter 11 in the Rules established by the Maine Harness Racing Commission. Mr. Robertson, Jr. is the trainer of record. The owners of the Da Bone Man are Mr. Robertson, Jr. and Richard Loubier.
Unfinished Business:
1.
In Re: Robert Harvey – To determine what
action the Commission wishes to take concerning a consent agreement between
Robert Harvey and the Commission. Mr. Harvey agreed, through Mr. Stephen
Bourget, Esq., to enter a consent agreement at the October 18, 2006 Commission
Meeting.
2.
To review and approve the Race Dates Decision.
