1.      Review and take action on the proposed Multi-Jurisdictional License Application submitted by staff.

2.      Review and take action on the proposed Capital Improvements submitted by Davric Maine Corp. and Bangor Historic Track, Inc. Some of these improvements have been accomplished in 2007 and are carryovers frm 2006.

3.      Accept proposed rules for consideration at a later date.
