Unfinished Business:

1. Review and approve the Written Decision of the License Renewals and Race Date Assignments for the live racing applicants and the authorization for Davric Maine Corp., Scarborough Downs, and Bangor Historic Track Inc., Bangor Raceway, to full card simulcast during their regular meets.

New Business:

1. Review and approve the proposed Sire Stakes race schedule for 2008.

2. Review the proposed rule changes presented.
