Adjudicatory
Hearings:
1. In re: Craig Hall (License No. 11346) – It is alleged that the analysis of blood sample #14707 taken from the horse, Airborne Ranger, at Oxford County Fair on September 15, 2007 prior to the tenth race had an elevated blood gas level, which is a positive test pursuant to Chapter 11 in the Commission’s Rules. Airborne Ranger finished eighth in the tenth race. Mr. Gomez is the trainer and owner of Airborne Ranger.
Unfinished Business:
1. Approve the Written Decision and Order for the license renewals of the Off-track Betting Facilities.
2. Approve a Consent Agreement between the Commission and Lawrence Gomez.
3. Develop the language for the proposed rule changes that were scheduled for rule making
4. Approve revised pari mutual license application.
New Business:
1. None.
Reports:
1. Government Evaluation Report submitted by Henry Jackson to the Joint Standing Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Foresty.
