Adjudicatory Hearings:
1. RE: Penn
National Gaming, Inc., Bangor Raceway, has requested to reopen the 2008 Race
Date Assignment Hearing. PNG, Inc. is requesting fifteen (15) additional race
dates, July 1, 8, and 15; September 3, 5, 6 and 9; October 7, 8, 14, 15, 21,
22, 28 and 29, 2008. These dates are being requested to replace the dates that
were not raced in April and May 2008

Andrew, President of MSBOA has requested to address the Commission regarding
the condition of the racetrack at Bangor Raceway.

1. Establish a date to resume the Adjudicatory Hearing for Mr. Joseph O. Nelson. The tentative date has been established as July 10, 2008.
