Claiming Allowances : 3 YO Fillies 70%; 4 YO Mares 50%; Aged Mares 20% 3 YO Colts & Geldings 50%; 4 YO Horses & Geldings 30% |

Trainers are responsible for checking on the availability of the drivers they
have listed. Changes will not be made after the deadline of 10 am the day after a draw. |

Horses will only be allowed to drop one class at a time from their previous
Maine start without approval of the Race Secretary. Classes may be combined to fill a race. |

Winning horses may be advanced in class regardless of earnings. Winning horses
that do not advance in class may be drawn to the outside. |

| Non Lasix Horses are due in the paddock one hour prior to post time. |
| Horses enrolled in the Lasix program are due in the paddock at 3 hours prior to post time. They may receive between 2cc to 5cc as early as 4 hours prior to post time. They may receive Lasix as late as 2 1/2 hours prior to post, but will be fined if the horse has not been in the paddock since the time due in (3 hours pre race). If the horse arrives in the paddock less than 2.5 hours prior to post, it will be scratched. |
