GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR LATE CLOSING SERIES
1.   The conditions of all races will comply with the rules of the Maine Harness Racing Commission and the USTA
2.   Should fewer that 7 separate interests declare in for any leg or for the finals, the remaining leg(s) could possibly be cancelled by the race secretary
3.   The top 8 point earners shall be eligible to the finals and must declare in.
4.   Point total for the finals shall be determined by order of finishers...50-25-12-8-5-4-3-2-1
5.   All horses must meet the qualifying standard of the race secretary before any entry will be accepted. The 45-day rule and the breaking rules according to the M.H.R.C. will be followed.
6.   Management reserves the right to refuse any entry and to declare off any event not filling satisfactorily.
7.   Any and all postponed events will be rescheduled at the discretion of management
8.   In the event of ties, the finals, which are based on points accrued in the prelims, will be decided by lot
9.   In the event of many divisions some races may be raced on the following day
10.   No trainer or owners will be permitted to uncouple entries in finals.
