October 27, 2009 - The MHHA Board of Directors has three (3) members who are up for re-election this year. Those members and the area which they represent are:

1.       Scott Dillon—At Large

2.       Francis Hanley—At Large

3.       Michael Hitchcock—District #3(Penobscot, Aroostook, Washington, Piscataquis, Somerset,

Hancock and Waldo counties.

As stated in the By-laws in Section III, Article IV (4), Section IV (4):

“Any qualified member of the Association who desires to become a candidate for membership on the Board of Directors, may do so by notifying the Executive Director of the Association of his or her intentions by registered letter, return receipt requested, mailed at least sixty (60) calendar days before the annual meeting.”

The deadline for that letter is Tuesday November 24, 2009.
