Garrett Mosher captured his first racing victory Saturday at the Skowhegan State Fair. He was piloting Fireball Fred in the Maine Amateur Driving Club race and completed the mile in 1:57.4 after a three wide move approaching the quarter pole. It was only his second pari-mutuel start in his career.
