Scarborough Downs will hold an informational meeting in the Winner's Circle Lounge after the race card is completed on
Friday, August 27.
Issues that will be discussed will be the LVA meeting to review the allocation of revenue from the operation of slot machines
and Scarborough's plan to build a slot facility in the Biddeford area.
