Gary Mosher On Fire With Eight Victories Monday

Gary Mosher had the hot hands over the weekend at Scarborough Downs with 12 victories. He followed that up with eight victories on Monday night's card at Bangor Raceway -- which tied a New England record set by Walter Case, Jr. at Scarborough Downs in 1995.

He started the night capturing the daily double with I LOVE TOO MUCH (1:59.1) in the first and REPORTING FOR DUTY (2:02.1) in the second. Mosher took the third race off and got a fifth and sixth in the next two races, respectively.

He went on to run the table by winning every race on the rest of the card. He had victories in race 6, ACT PROUD (2:02.3), race 7, YOU'RE NEWS (2:00.2), race 8, THAACARETHEESO (1:59.1), race 9, MS LYNETTE (1:58.2), race 10, SPEEDY RYAN (2:00.3), and race 11, IN BETTER HAND (2:01.0).

With four victories Friday night at Bangor, Mosher's total victories for the four day stretch equals 24 victories out of 42 total starts for a 57% win ratio.Mosher, a native of Waterville, Maine, has won more than 5,600 races in his career.
