5/16/16 Allison MacDonald An analysis of the test sample obtained from MAGICALLY following its first place finish in the eleventh race at Scarborough Downs on May 9, 2015 revealed an elevated level of cobalt present in its system. 2/25/16 Joseph Burke Due to mitigating and exaggerating factors, the Department recommended that MSHRC complaint numbers 2015-084, 085, 086 and 091 be considered as one violation with four separate instances (for the purpose of return of the purses). An analysis of the test samples obtained from NAVARRO SEELSTER following its third place finish in the sixth race on October 18, 2015 and first place finish in the eighth race on October 22, 2015, both at Scarborough Downs, FRITZIE ROCKET following its first place finish in the fifth race on October 22, 2015 at Scarborough Downs and MARAS WORLD following its second place finish in the seventh race on November 6, 2015 at Bangor Raceway, revealed elevated levels of Methocarbamol in their systems. Pursuant to Commission Rule Chapters 7 and 11 guidelines of Chapter 17, it is ordered that trainer Joseph Burke is given a $500.00 fine, all but $200.00 suspended and the purses of each horse of the aforementioned violations all be forfeited.   $500   State

2/05/16 Lisa Saindon An analysis of the test sample obtained from KEYSTONE STATELY following its first place finish in the third race at Scarborough Downs on October 29, 2015 revealed an elevated level of Methocarbamol present in its system. 1/15/16 Aaron Hall Due to mitigating and exaggerating factors, the Department recommended that MSHRC complaint numbers 073 and 076 be considered as one. An analysis of the test samples obtained from GG ROULETTE following its first place finish in the sixth race August 28, 2015 at Scarborough Downs and OHM LIKE CLOCKWORK following its first place finish in the fourth race on September 24, 2015 at Farmington Fair, revealed impermissibly high levels of phenylbutazone in their systems. Pursuant to Commission Rule Chapters 7 and 11 guidelines of Chapter 17, it is ordered that trainer Aaron Hall is warned that any future violation of the prohibited substance rules for a horse that he trains may results in a finding of a second offense and more severe penalties including fines, suspension and return of purse.         Warning Issued Only

An analysis of the test samples obtained from CARRIEANN following its second place finish in the fifth race on November 15, 2015 and MAY DAY JOJO following its second place finish in the third race on November 21, 2015, both at Scarborough Downs, revealed impermissibly high levels of phenylbutazone in their systems.
